Compared with the imported slabs, the domestic ones surfaces are uneven. The reason is that the simple and crude equipment does not work with high precision. Still, they first use disc saws to cut slabs, and then, use hand polisher and milling cutters to polish the slabs. In this way, the surface of the slabs cut by the disc saw is not very even, and the hand polisher works following the surface, so the surface is always uneven and the luminosity cannot be improved. Lots of companies have discovered the problem that when they pave roads with the slabs, there is a difference in two slabs thickness.                                 

    How to improve the slabs evenness and brightness? Change the stone processing technology, and add the procedure of determining thickness! Our factory produces which can solve this problem. Under the main axle of the machine, there is a diamond millstone and cooling water spurts from the center of the axle. When the millstone turns, the slab goes with the working table, and the machine can smooth the slab whose thickness is from 600mm, 800mm and 900mm at a time. The efficiency is 6 meters per hour. In this way, the rough slab, after its thickness is determined and its surface is polished, becomes very even, and its brightness can reach 85 degrees.
