SQ Series Stone Calibrating Machine

Advanced Stone Calibrating Machines gather cutting and calibrating to one whole. Compared to the traditional thickness determining machine, this type promotes the speedup of stone processing more efficiently and levels off uneven stone more efficiently.

The front of the machine installs two groups of saw blades in turn, and the two groups have hundreds of saw blades, and the blades of two groups cross with each other, both of them are used for removing the thick part of stones. The rear part installs two big diameters millstones in turn, both of them calibrate the stones two times respectively after the cutting. More over, the stone slabs are moved by transmission.

Therefore, cutting and calibrating can be finished at one time and this machine can process 20/h. It is the ideal machinery for producing strip slabs, 305 thin slabs and multiple slabs.
